Construtec 2016, a constatar la reactivación del sector
El Salón Internacional de Materiales, Técnicas y Soluciones Constructivas, Construtec 2016, mostrará los últimos productos y desarrollos del mercado en un momento en que la producción de buena parte de los materiales de construcción se está reactivando de nuevo en España.
Entre ellos, destacan el hormigón y el ladrillo, que han comenzado a arrojar los primeros síntomas de recuperación. El Salón organizado por IFEMA se celebrará del 25 al 28 de octubre de 2016, en la Feria de Madrid, bajo el paraguas de la gran convocatoria "ePower & Building", que ofrecerá la más completa oferta de soluciones para todo el ciclo constructivo.
La producción de hormigón experimentó al cierre de 2015 un leve incremento del 2,7%, lo que sitúa el volumen total en 16,3 millones de metros cúbicos, según la Asociación Nacional de Fabricantes de Hormigón Preparado, ANEFHOP. Este es el primer ejercicio, desde hace nueve años, cerrado en positivo por el sector de hormigón. Por su parte, aunque a la espera de los últimos datos oficiales, los expertos opinan que el ladrillo también está arrojando ya cifras más positivas. Mientras que el consumo de cemento, aunque se ha vuelto a estancar en el primer trimestre del año, había logrado crecer un 8,4% durante el mes de febrero.
El empuje de los nuevos materiales de construcción coincide con la evolución de los visados de obra nueva residencial, que se situaron en enero por encima del promedio mensual observado en el conjunto del año 2015, según el último Boletín Económico del Banco de España, lo que augura un mantenimiento de la recuperación de la construcción de viviendas.
EL TRIPLE DE OFERTA // En este contexto de relanzamiento sectorial, los expositores de Construtec -más de 170 empresas, el triple que la edición anterior- desplegarán en un total de 8.000 metros cuadrados sus últimos desarrollos en todas las áreas y ámbitos relacionados con el proceso constructivo, muchos de ellos diseñados para aprovechar precisamente este momento de reactivación.
Entre las novedades en materiales de construcción que se podrán ver en la Feria se encuentran los últimos desarrollos en productos para el aislamiento térmico, acústico, impermeabilizantes, anti-radiaciones electromagnéticas, pinturas térmicas, corchos proyectados... Destacarán también las materias primas de alta calidad y la presencia de productos naturales, ecológicos y respetuosos con el medio ambiente, algunos de ellos desarrollados en colaboración con departamentos de I+D+I de institutos tecnológicos de la construcción de ámbito nacional e internacional.
El salón contará con una amplia propuesta de soluciones integrales para instaladoras eléctricas, climatización, fontanería, calefacción, contra-incendios, gas, etc.; con herramientas y maquinaria para la piedra; con tarimas y maderas interiores y exteriores que no necesitan tratamiento de aceites o barnices, antideslizantes, resistentes al hielo, la nieve, el agua, las termitas o los hongos.
A todo ello, se unirá una amplia gama de perfiles para decorar y proteger baldosas cerámicas, así como juntas de dilatación y estructurales para todo tipo de suelos, paredes, fachadas y pavimentos urbanos. Además, de fijaciones mecánicas, con una amplia gama de tornillos y sistemas que permiten resolver casi todos los problemas que surjan en la construcción.
La vanguardia tecnológica también estará presente en el campo de los revestimientos y los nuevos micro cementos listos al uso, que no necesitan ser mezclados y cuya resistencia al desgaste es superior a cualquier micro-hormigón. Con una fácil aplicación, sin necesidad de experiencia, permiten una excelente adhesión sobre cualquier soporte y cuentan con gran elasticidad, lo que permite que resistan grandes tensiones o movimientos del edificio.
Entre las propuestas que se podrán ver en Construtec destacan también las estructuras poliméricas destinadas al reforzamiento de terrenos inestables y a la construcción de infraestructuras viarias (autovías, carreteras, ferrocarriles…), hidráulicas (presas, diques, canales…) y campos de deportes y ocio (hípicas, estadios de fútbol…).
EPOWER&BUILDING // The major event ePower&Building, organised by IFEMA, will host BIMEXPO, the first European event which aims to showcase the entire solutions, services, networks and knowledge industry for professionals involved in BIM (Building Information Modelling) as a comprehensive work tool in the design, planning, construction and maintenance process.
BIMEXPO will take place at Feria de Madrid as part of ePower&building, the major industry event which will include the go-to trade fairs for the construction, renovation and energy efficiency sectors: VETECO, CONSTRUTEC, URBÓTICA and MATELEC. This new project, with solutions for the entire construction cycle, aims to boost innovation and contribute to stimulating the market, including offerings from 1,200 companies and the presence of 60,000 visiting professionals from the fields of engineering, industry, installation, automation, construction, architecture, infrastructure, urbanism and the service sector, making it the largest industry event in southern Europe taking place in even years.
BIMEXPO will be an event with an international impact, and aims to promote business relationships between industry professionals and companies, promote the positioning of brands, products and services related to BIM, and present the latest market trends in terms of technological and regulatory innovations.
The meeting space at BIMEXPO, is aimed at architects, designers, engineers, consultants, construction companies, developers, institutions, manufacturers with BIM catalogues, software and application developers, specialised web services, universities, and training schools.
BIMEXPO has the support and collaboration of BIMETICA as a Fair partner and co-organiser of the various BIM activities and areas at the event. The participation of BIMETICA is based on the leading role this company has had in consultancy, development and promotion of this new work methodology among various construction agents, generating business opportunities and value in the knowledge of BIM.
Similarly the Building Smart Spanish Chapter, the most important association in the world of BIM, will be present with a prominent role at BIMEXPO, supporting the event and representing the interests of the different construction agents committed to BIM.

AREA EXPO // Will host companies interested in participating as exhibitors, promoting the business event face2face, and presenting their solutions. This area provides companies a standard participation model of boxes from 6m2, modular and fully equipped, with prices starting from €1.365 + VAT, everything included.
The exhibition area at BIMEXPO will be next to Construtec, the International Trade Show for Construction Materials and Building Solutions.
In order to identify the BIM offerings in the catalogue of participants in all of the ePower&Building fairs, companies with BIM products will be identified. Also, IFEMA offers, as a free service, the chance to develop a product from your portfolio in BIM format, (Software Revit, in English and Spanish) courtesy of the company BIMETICA. The aim is to generate business opportunities for the manufacturer of construction materials and products, in the context of national and international projects which are becoming more and more demanding and competitive.
BIM FORUM // This area has a space for multi-level conferences and conferences on topics that influence BIM. The conferences will be aimed not only at professionals and companies getting to grips with the world of BIM and who want to find out the various market trends and options, but also at more experienced industry players who want to find out more about the most innovative concepts from the most influential BIM experts.
BIM LIVE DEMO // BIM LIVE DEMO is a BIM contest at BIMEXPO, which will have a dynamic and interactive space in which multidisciplinary work teams will, over the 4 days the event is held, design different spaces in BIM, with the aim of visualising the options and possibilities of modelling and virtually designing live.
During the BIM LIVE DEMO, the participating teams will present the most interesting experiences and latest advances in this new method of working based on managing the information generated during the construction life cycle. A method of discovering and gaining command of a process aimed at improving quality, efficiency and effectiveness in any project, construction project or civil works.
BIM AWARDS // The ePower&Building trade fairs Veteco, Construtec, Urbótica and Matelec, in addition to BIM, which will maintain their own identity and space, will all pool their collective summoning power to attract the professional sectors acting as opinion leaders (engineering, industry, process automation, developers and builders, architecture, facility managers, public civil engineering and infrastructure officials, urbanism, service sector, etc.), as well as professionals specialising in each of the trade fairs (installers, integrators, distribution, workshops, carpenters, refurbishment and restoration companies, and so on). In the words of the director of the events, Raúl Calleja, "the innovative synergies across all of these sectors and trade fairs will be the key issue at this event".
