Weber lanza una nueva gama de morteros cola flexibles
Weber presenta una nueva gama de morteros cola flexibles con diferentes grados de deformabilidad como respuesta a la evolución del mercado de colocación de cerámica que demanda soluciones con mayores prestaciones y elevadas exigencias de usos. Una solución para cada tipología y condición, adaptada a las nuevas tendencias y necesidades, que además cubre los diferentes campos de aplicación
Esta nueva gama de morteros cola flexibles, incorpora productos con la nueva tecnología Colagel-Tixo en cada una de las tres categorías de flexibles.
La tecnología Colagel-Tixo aporta a los adhesivos una consistencia más cremosa y fina, con una blancura superior y un alto poder tixotrópico que ofrece unas excelentes propiedades para garantizar un nulo descuelgue y asentamiento.
Las cinco soluciones de última generación componen la nueva gama weber.col flex de Weber son:
- Flexible: weber.col flex duogel y weber.col flex duo.
- Flexible y deformable: weber.col flex2 multigel y weber.col flex2 multi.
- Súper flexible y deformable: weber.col flex3 supergel
weber.col flex duogel (con tecnología Colagel-Tixo) y weber.col flex duo están indicados para doble uso, tanto en gres porcelánico como para cerámica sobre cerámica en pavimentos. Son adhesivos flexibles clase C2TE.
weber.col flex2 multigel (con tecnología Colagel-Tixo) y weber.col flex2 multi son morteros colas flexibles y deformables para aplicaciones multiusos: fachadas, calefacción radiante, etc. Aplicables en todo tipo de piezas y formatos de clase C2TES1.
El mortero cola súper flexible, deformable y tixotrópico weber.col flex3 supergel está indicado para fachadas, calefacción radiante y soportes deformables (impermeabilizantes flexibles). Ofrece máxima seguridad para uso en piezas de gran formato y situaciones de cualquier tipo. weber.col flex3 supergel es un adhesivo flexible y multideformable de Clase C2TES2, para revestimientos y pavimentos tanto de interior como en exterior.
La gama de adhesivos weber.col flex de Weber cumple todos los requisitos marcados por las autoridades y organismos europeos, y los estándares agrupados bajo la normativa europea UNE EN-12004, asegurando la calidad y durabilidad de su puesta en servicio.
NEW RANGE OF FLEXIBLE TILE FIXING MORTARS // Weber presents a new range of flexible tile fixing mortars with different degrees of deflection in response to the tile fixing market evolution that demands solutions with higher performance and wider usage needs. A solution for each situation, adapted to the new trends and needs, which also covers different kinds of application.
This new range of flexible tile fixing mortars introduces products with the new technology Colagel®-Tixo. This new technology brings a whiter, creamier and finer consistency to the tile adhesives and a high thixotropic power that provides excellent properties and ensures slip and settlement resistance.
The new weber.col flex range is composed of five state-of-the art solutions:
·Flexible: weber.col flex duogel and weber.col flex duo.
·Flexible and deformable: weber.col flex2 multigel and weber.col flex2 multi.
·Super flexible and deformable: weber.col flex3 supergel
weber.col flex duogel (with Colagel®-Tixo technology) and weber.col flex duo are suitable both for porcelain tiles as well as for tiling over existing floor tiles. They are C2TE class tile adhesives.
weber.col flex2 multigel (with Colagel®-Tixo technology) and weber.col flex2 multi are flexible and deformable for multi-purpose applications: façades, underfloor heating, etc. They are C2TES1 class tile adhesives.
weber.col flex3 supergel (with Colagel®-Tixo technology) is a super flexible tile fixing mortar, deformable and thixotropic. It is suitable for façades, underfloor heating and situations where movement is likely and it can be safely used with large tiles. weber.col flex3 supergel is a C2TES2 class tile adhesive for internal and external walls and floors tiling.
