Roig y Stefani debatirán en Qualicer 2016

Qualicer 2016 confirma la asistencia de Franco Stefani, presidente de System Group, en el Foro Mundial de la Calidad Cerámica. Así lo anunció ayer el secretario técnico de Qualicer, Javier Rodríguez-Ejerique, quien se encuentra en Bolonia promocionando el certamen técnico y científico y que se reunió con el propio Stefani.

Asimismo, también se ha conocido ahora que la sesión de apertura del congreso será una mesa debate con grandes líderes internacionales de la industria de fabricación de baldosas cerámicas. Zeynep Bodur Okyay, John Turner Jr, Vittorio Borelli y Fernando Roig debatirán sobre la situación de competitividad de las distintas zonas en las que producen y la necesidad de políticas industriales que hagan viable la inversión industrial, el empleo y el crecimiento económico.

Se analizarán también las perspectivas de la baldosa cerámica frente a productos alternativos y se contrastará la situación actual con las previsiones realizadas en Qualicer 2014.

Tras dicho debate serán los líderes en innovación y tecnológica los que plantearan su visión de lo que debe ser la fábrica digital del futuro: la fábrica inteligente.

El ingeniero Franco Stefani, presidente de System Group, es otro de los platos fuertes de esta edición de Qualicer. Rodríguez Ejerique le ha dado personalmente la bienvenida al congreso.

Franco Stefani se une así al ingeniero, José Vicente Tomás, presidente de Kerajet; y al ingeniero Pietro Cassani, gerente general del Grupo Sacmi, en lo que será sin duda una jornada del máximo interés para vislumbrar el futuro de la industria de la baldosa cerámica.

QUALICER WILL OPEN ITS DOORS ON 8 AND 9 FEBRUARY AFTER PASSING ITS 25TH ANNIVERSARY // The 14th Qualicer meeting, the World Congress on Ceramic Tile Quality, will be held on 8 and 9 February at the Chamber of Commerce, where over 600 delegates, all international experts, are expected to attend. Congress attendees will be delving into issues relating to production, marketing, tile installation, innovation, and social responsibility in the sector, highlighting the energising role of the Congress in the development of the ceramic industry and helping it address the new challenges of an uncertain future emerging from the global crisis.

The event will feature 80 communications and posters, an invited lecture, four panel debates and a monographic session, involving two further panel debates. The works to be analysed in this forum come from Germany, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, Spain, France, Iran, Italy, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Singapore, South Africa, and Turkey. Markets, construction and manufacturing will be the content axes for debate, which will also include technology innovation, smart cities, and a pilot project on tile manufacturing management, among others. In addition, the Congress will enjoy contributions by major actors in the international ceramic sector, such as Zeynep Bodur, Kale Group President and CEO; Vittorio Borelli, Chairman of Cofindustria; John Turner Jr., Daltile President; Fernando Roig, Pamesa Group Chairman; Franco Stefani, System Group Chairman; José Vicente Tomás, Kerajet Chairman; Svend Hovmand, Chairman of ISO TC 189; and James Woelfel, President of the US National Tile Contractors Association.

The 14th Qualicer meeting seeks to underscore the fact that the global ceramic industry’s extensive investment in research and development is enabling it to develop increasingly sophisticated products, with scope for application in a very competitive, globalised market striving to break new ground.
