SITI B&T Group will attend the edition 2016 of the Cevisama fair (hall N2-P3, booth C30) confirming itself as the only complete plants manufacturer able to offer innovative and integrated technological solutions in every step of the production process, from preparation to ‘end of line’ equipment, with an after-sales service NOSTOP.

The Italian Group, which has been active in Spain since 1981, via its Spanish branch Barbieri & Tarozzi Ibérica, has entered the large ceramic slabs sector with the new innovative SUPERA, not only a technology but a complete line, integrated and modular for XXL slabs. Without the need of moulds and foundations, this technology can produce large slabs with a wide range of size (3600x1200 for 25,000 t, 3200x1600 for 33,000 t, 4800x1600 for 44,000 t) and relative sub-sizes with thicknesses from 5 to 25 mm and a production capacity up to 11,000 m2/day.

SITI B&T Group will presenting the brand new generation TITANIUM kilns, which have an inlet of 3850 mm for firing large ceramic slabs, represent the absolute top in energy efficiency and reduce  pollutant emissions and fuel consumption by over 30%, also thanks to of the innovative Titanium burners.

The new generation G5 modular printer by Projecta Engineering, incorporating all the key features of the Evolve series machines and with a printing width from 700 to 1900 mm, is synonymous with total flexibility. Dry Squaring Speed by Ancora is an innovative squaring machine intended for dry machining all types of ceramics materials, including porcelain stoneware, with a level of productivity that has never previously been achieved, thereby saving energy and reducing costs.

Digital Design, a company of SITI B&T Group, will attend Cevisama 2016 with its own booth (hall N3-P3, booth A41) offering the most innovative technologies for creating varied, complex and original products based on a highly flexible combination of processing techniques with perfect synchronisation between digital graphic design, texture and the dry (or wet) application of materials.

SITI B&T NOSTOP is the new project to enhance the service of the Group. A new organization, new services, more support to resolve any downtime quickly with quality interventions to assist customers in every context, with the goal to ensuring the continuity of production reducing energy consumption and a greater respect for the environment.
