La compañía de Fiorano Modenese potencia su expansión internacional
La compañía Laminam ha anunciado públicamente la adquisición de nueva empresa en su plan de expansión internacional. El martes 30 de agosto, Alberto Selmi, por parte de Laminam, y Wiesław Sordyl, por parte de Interstone, fueron testigos de la firma de un acuerdo por el que el fabricante italiano adquiere su distribuidor polaco, en el que ya tenía una participación del 30%.
El acuerdo permite reforzar el posicionamiento estratégico de la marca, que sigue decidida a optimizar la cadena de valor centrándose en procesos de adquisición específicos y muy estratégicos, a pesar de las limitaciones económicas. La colaboración entre ambas entidades se remonta a 2012 y consolida la estructura comercial y de distribución, asegurando la cobertura de todo el territorio nacional a través de 6 centros logísticos.
La rúbrica refuerza el crecimiento internacional de Laminam, que suma así Polonia a las delegaciones europeas ya consolidadas en España, Alemania, Francia, Benelux y Reino Unido y a las de fuera del continente en Estados Unidos, Canadá, Israel, China, Japón, Rusia y Australia.

Este operación se suma a la de la compañía alcorina Best Surface anunciada en diciembre del 2021 y que cristalizó el pasado mes de febrero.
On Tuesday 30 August, Alberto Selmi for Laminam and Wiesław Sordyl for Interstone witnessed the signing of an agreement by which the Fiorano Modenese-based company acquires its Polish distributor, in which it already held a 30% stake. The agreement makes it possible to enhance the strategic positioning of the brand, which remains determined to optimize the value chain by focusing on targeted, highly strategic acquisition processes, in spite of economic constraints.
The collaboration between the two entities dates back to 2012 and consolidates the commercial and distribution structure, ensuring coverage of the entire national territory through 6 logistics hubs.
The agreement strengthens the international growth of Laminam, which thus adds Poland to the already consolidated European branches in Spain, Germany, France, Benelux and the United Kingdom and those outside the continent in the United States, Canada, Israel, China, Japan, Russia and Australia.

This operation comes on top of the acquisition of Spain’s Best Surface last February and helps maintaining a vision of development and growth.
