La Escuela Superior de Cerámica de Alcora (ESCAL) ha presentado el proyecto social de innovación educativa L’Alcalatén Adaptada, que surge de la necesidad de hacer accesible el entorno a los alumnos y vecinos con diversidad funcional.
Torrecid ha colaborado en el proyecto con la impresión digital de piezas cerámicas en los que se ilustran los diferentes espacios, comercios y servicios de las localidades, con el fin de que estos lugares sean fácilmente identificables para personas con diversidad funcional y niños.
En total, Torrecid imprimirá aproximadamente 130 piezas para las localidades de la comarca de l’Alcalatén.
Los dos principales objetivos que se persiguen con esta iniciativa son, por un lado, crear lugares y espacios para mejorar la vida de todos los ciudadanos y ciudadanas de la comarca de l’Alcalatén y, por otro, concienciar al alumnado de todos los centros educativos de la comarca de que todas las personas somos diferentes, que tenemos distintas necesidades y que hay que percibir la diferencia con la que algunas personas viven su día a día y las limitaciones y dificultades que pueden encontrarse en su entorno para llevar a cabo actividades cotidianas.
Consciente de la influencia de las empresas en la mejora de la sociedad, Torrecid, desde su Fundación, no duda en colaborar en actividades tan positivas y beneficiosas como esta.
The Superior School of Ceramics of Alcora (ESCAL) has presented the social project of educational innovation l’Alcalatén Adaptada, which arises from the need to make the environment accessible to students and neighbors with functional diversity.
Torrecid has collaborated in the project with the digital printing of ceramic pieces in which the different spaces, shops and services of the towns are illustrated, so that these places are easily identifiable for people with functional diversity and children.
In total, Torrecid will print approximately 130 pieces for the towns of the l’Alcalatén region.
The two main objectives pursued with this initiative are, on the one hand, to create places and spaces to improve the lives of all citizens of the region of l’Alcalatén and, on the other, to raise awareness among students in all educational centers of the region that all people are different, that we have different needs and that it is necessary to perceive the difference with which some people live their day to day and the limitations and difficulties that can be found in their environment to carry out daily activities.
Aware of the influence of companies in improving society, Torrecid, from its Foundation, does not hesitate to collaborate in activities as positive and beneficial as this one.
