El grupo de autoconsumo fotovoltaico SolarProfit ha anunciado un expediente de regulación de empleo (ERE) que prevé que afecte al 90% de su plantilla y espera ejecutar «a la mayor brevedad posible».
Ha explicado que «la dinámica del negocio ha seguido empeorando» durante el primer trimestre de 2024, si bien ha dicho que no dispone de cifras contables provisionales de este periodo, informa en una comunicación a BME Growth de este jueves.
El grupo ha asegurado que debe implementar «imperativamente» el ERE para garantizar su continuidad, para lo que también se ha emplazado a adaptar «a la realidad presente la propuesta de realización de la deuda realizada por la banca».
SolarProfit ha atribuido su situación contable a la ralentización de la demanda por parte de los hogares y del sector industrial y a una bajada de precios por el aumento de la competencia en el sector.
Ha recordado que su patrimonio neto consolidado es negativo por la acumulación de pérdidas: según cifras consolidadas, el importe neto de la cifra de negocio en 2023 fue de 66 millones de euros y el Ebitda, de 33 millones negativos.

It has explained that «the business dynamics have continued to worsen» during the first quarter of 2024, although it has stated that it does not have provisional accounting figures for this period, as reported in a communication to BME Growth this Thursday.
The group has stated that it must «imperatively» implement the ERE to ensure its continuity, for which it has also pledged to adapt the proposal for debt restructuring made by the banking sector «to the current reality.»
SolarProfit has attributed its accounting situation to the slowdown in demand from households and the industrial sector, as well as a decrease in prices due to increased competition in the sector.
It has recalled that its consolidated net worth is negative due to the accumulation of losses: according to consolidated figures, the net amount of turnover in 2023 was 66 million euros and the EBITDA was negative 33 million euros.
