With presence in over 100 countries, Saloni is one of the best examples of Tile of Spain quality and high level service. Spanish manufacturer extends the 18.5x18.5 cm format with a new collection that makes the most of cutting-edge ceramic manufacturing techniques. ‘City’ is a small-format porcelain floor tile that delves into the roots of contemporary industrial design. An update on hydraulic tiles, which emerged in the era of modernity and the development of cities, clearly referencing the geometric compositions of the graphic style of the Swiss school of rationalism.

This tile is based on a traditional product, with geometries that have been worked to give it a contemporary, but sophisticated appearance. ‘City’ stands out for its colourful palettes with a nostalgic aspect that make the best use of a soft micro-cement base. ‘City’ has 5 different types decoration, which share a common language: the love for design. Another novelty by Saloni is ‘Duran’. Design allows to reproduce finishes that appear to be the result of wear and tear, and the effects of passing of time. At the same time, Spanish brand upholds all the technical properties of a high-tech industrial product. ‘Duran’, one of Saloni most eye-catching collections, adds new decorations in terms of geometry and effects, that offer new possibilities to adapt to each space. This is a collection of wall and floor porcelain where the outstanding features are the complementary geometric decorations that give a counterpoint to ceramic cement. ‘Duran’ reintroduces classic effects of ceramics, such as metallized and reactive finishes, to give a unique, artistic touch to the design.
