Chumillas Technology ha recibido este jueves el galardón a las Buenas Prácticas en Recursos Humanos, que cada año otorga el Club de Recursos Humanos de Castellón, unos prestigiosos premios que han alcanzado su décima edición.
Desde la firma de Vila-real relatan que «estamos muy orgullosos de recibir esta distinción, ya que es un reconocimiento al gran trabajo que se está realizando desde el departamento de Personas, Cultura y Bienestar, para evolucionar a un modelo de gestión de personas actual e innovador. Para ello, desde este departamento, se han puesto en marcha iniciativas destinadas a medir y procurar el bienestar dentro de la organización, escuchando a los empleados/as para detectar sus necesidades e inquietudes, conocer propuestas de mejora, y facilitar un mejor canal de comunicación entre Dirección y el resto de trabajadores».
«Además, estamos impulsando planes de formación continua, evaluaciones actitudinales y aptitudinales y del potencial dentro de los planes de carrera personalizados, así como fomentando la marca empleadora mediante una propuesta de valor al empleado atractiva», añaden.
La compañía también enfatiza que «en estos últimos años, y tratando de conciliar la vida personal y familiar de nuestros trabajadores, hemos puesto en marcha otras iniciativas, como ajustes en horario de la jornada laboral o la implantación de servicios de comida que faciliten las necesidades diarias de cada trabajador».

El acto tuvo lugar en el Paranimf de la Universitat Jaume I en Castelló, y contó con la presencia de Elsa Punset que impartió la conferencia Propuestas para estos tiempos extraordinarios.
