Chumillas Technology aporta sus servicios de ingeniería y automatización para diseñar e instalar la nueva línea de producción de Living Ceramics. Esta instalación es un proyecto llave en mano para la puesta en funcionamiento de una planta completa de recepción y almacenamiento del producto atomizado, una torre de coloración con el Colorjet 20 y la alimentación a prensas para la producción de piezas de gran formato.

Este proyecto incluye la última tecnología del mercado con el sistema de coloración en seco Colorjet 20. Esta innovadora solución diseñada por Chumillas Technology alcanza producciones de hasta 20 toneladas por hora en continuo.

Uno de los puntos fuertes del sistema es que permitirá a Living Ceramics producir color únicamente cuando lo requiera la producción. De esta forma, se elimina el estoc del producto coloreado y los problemas derivados de su almacenamiento.

Este sistema de coloración se presenta como una solución sostenible, ya que permite reducir en más de un 50% el consumo energético en comparación a otras soluciones tradicionales de mercado. Además, elimina el estrés mecánico del proceso al no hacer uso de componentes mecánicos para realizar la mezcla.

Este proyecto también incluye la recepción del producto atomizado y su posterior almacenamiento en una batería de silos. La descarga del producto de los silos se ejecuta mediante un sistema de pesaje para mantener un control sobre la cantidad de producto que queda disponible.

Con este proyecto, Chumillas Technology refuerza la confianza que depositan diversas empresas del clúster cerámico en la ingeniería a la hora de instalar nuevas plantas de producción de azulejos de gran formato.

This facility is a turnkey project of Chumillas Technology for the commissioning of a complete plant for receiving and storing the atomized product, a coloring tower with the Colorjet 20 and press feed for the production of large format parts.

The coloring plant includes the developed OXINE dosing system for the dosing of pigments on the atomized product. Once the oxides have been dosed on the product, they pass to the Colorjet 20 dry colouring system where the mixture will be made before feeding to presses.

This dry coloring technology designed by Chumillas Technology achieves productions of up to 20 tons hour in continuous. In addition, another of the strengths of this innovative coloration system is that it will allow Living Ceramics to produce color with this coloration installation only when production requires it.

This eliminates the stock of the coloured product and the problems associated with its storage.

This project also includes the reception of the atomized product and its subsequent storage in 12 storage silos. The product is unloaded from the silos using a weighing system to maintain control over the quantity of product that is available.

With this project, CHUMILLAS TECHNOLGY reinforces the trust placed by various ceramic cluster companies in engineering when installing new large format tile production plants.
