LB ha instalado su último sistema de coloración en seco, llamado Easy Color Boost EVO, en la azulejera Undefasa, histórico fabricante con sede en l’Alcora (Castellón).

Desde LB, firma adherida a Asebec / Spanish Ceramic Technology, revelan que «para el cliente, que tiene como objetivo aumentar el valor cualitativo y estético de su producto, esta es la primera tecnología de coloración en seco y ha elegido a LB como el proveedor más confiable en este tipo de tecnología».

«Las ventajas de ECB EVO son la robustez y el hecho de que con un solo coloreador se puede lograr alimentar más de una prensa, incluso al mismo tiempo. Gracias al alto rendimiento que esta tecnología tiene en términos de productividad, así como versatilidad, contención de los costes de energía y mantenimiento. El sistema está en marcha desde el mes pasado y confirman estar muy contentos con el producto final», expresan dede la compañía.

Además del citado equipamiento, Undefasa ha adquirido mediante la filial española LB MASCERCA España una instalación de dosificación de escamas que les permite aplicar el porcentaje deseado de escamas en el cuerpo cerámico con el objetivo de producir baldosas de alto valor añadido.

For the customer, who aims to increase the qualitative and aesthetic value of their product, this is the first dry coloring technology: they have chosen LB as the most reliable supplier for this type of technology. The advantages of ECB EVO are its robustness and the fact that with a single colouring unit it is possible to feed more than one press, even at the same time.

This technology has high performance in terms of productivity, as well as versatility, containment of energy and maintenance costs. The system has been operational since last month and the customer confirmed that they are very satisfied with the final product.

This supply is a further confirmation that the ECB EVO technology has been welcomed by the Spanish market as top of the range in its field of use.

In addition, the customer has acquired, through the Spanish subsidiary LB MASCERCA España, a flake batching system that allows you to apply the desired percentage of flakes on the ceramic mixture with the aim of producing tiles with high added value.
